Refund &Cancellation Policy
In case of any genuine concern or complaint, please contact our Continuing Education Director and
directors@credits.education.
If the presenter needs to cancel or reschedule a live webinar or in-person event, we will contact the client by email at least three days in advance and provide
them an opportunity to reschedule. Full refunds will be provided to registered course participants if the course is canceled, or if the participant does not
opt to attend the rescheduled event.
